"Excellent product - the "Roto-Holster" is unique in design and very well put together. It comes "tight", so get the Break-in Kit and follow directions if you are not experienced in holster work (or even if you are). Expect to spend a few minutes adjusting the support straps to fit your body. I have several expensive leather shoulder rigs and this is by far the best in terms of both design and value. The bad news? You will not want to use any other shoulder holster once you get this rig dialed in, so all the money you spent on those other holsters turns out to be a complete waste (ouch!). "Ordered the belt slide holster for my S&W 65-8. It took some time to receive the holster, but it was well worth the wait. Great looking holster, very well made, and fit my gun like a glove with no break in required. We purchase from Craft again."
"The quality of the holster was excellent. However, the holster was extremely difficult to break in and get the snap to close. The leather strap had to be stretched almost half in inch in order for it to snap then the leather strap started to crack because of the extreme tension. Additionally, when worn if you tried to draw firearm the inside snap hung up on the cylinder of the gun preventing the firearm from being pulled. This holster was purchased for a concealed carry and cannot not be used for that purpose because it prevents drawing the firearm. I purchased the holster because of the price and I had never used one of their holsters before. It was an expensive lesson but I know not to do it again. Now I will replace this holster with another brand."
"Both craft holsters I have are great holsters. They a priced well and the company is incredibly customer oriented. The holster inirderes for my SP01 needed some stretching of the strap to fit over in the half **** position. I mentioned this in a review and based on that alone, they reached out to me and tried to fix the issue. Wonderful company, makes excellent holsters, at a good price. "

"Ive ordered two OWB holsters, one IWB and two double magazine pouches from Craft Holsters. Everything was well made and comfortable to wear. The OWB holsters need a bit of breaking in. I placed both in a Glad plastic bag for about two days and they were perfect. The IWB was extremely tight and after a few days of having it in the bag, I noticed the top of the inside of the holster seams were separating. I contacted Craft and they have another one on its way. Great customer service! The IWB holster does take a little longer because it also has the resistance of your gun belt. The mag pouches were perfect with no breaking in. Turn around time is 5 to 6 weeks, which isn't that bad for a custom leather holster."

"Anyone looking for a very well made leather shoulder holster look no further. Ordered mine for a Springfield XD .40 subcompact with 12 round extended grip mags. When it arrived fit Gun perfectly however mag case was made for standard 8 round mags. Sent email with pictures. 2 days later received email back letting me know they were going to replace it.
