"I’ve been working this holster for two weeks, and when I put it on I still can’t get the gun out of the holster. Had I know that Falco makes your holsters I would never have ordered it. I’ve had problems with them before. You can’t even call and talk to anyone. Won’t be doing business with you again, tired of wasting my money."
"I'm three week in and I'm not convinced I'll ever get my thumb break to snap shut, but the company is convinced that if I spend enough time and money (on their break in kit) the leather will stretch an inch. I've bought other leather holsters that function on day 1 and are still great years later. For a $90 custom holster built for my piece, I'd rather them send me a product that fits on day 1. I'll always be sour about this experience, even if I do eventually get the leather stretched enough.
Customer service communication is prompt, but they really are not understanding of their products shortfalls. They excuse the issue away as something that can be fixed with a lot of time (but don't work it too hard because you might permanently damage it)."

Thanks a lot for your feedback, although I'm sorry you can't be happier about your new holster. Unfortunately, fresh leather really sometimes requires break-in. I know it's a tedious chore, but many times it's that last push needed to achieve the perfect, longlasting fit and form.
If you don't manage to stretch the leather strap, please, let my colleagues know and I'm sure they'll come up with a way to compensate you.

"These are GREAT Holsters and GREAT quality for the price. You do need to follow the break in procedure for a perfect fit...be patient. Customer service is very available and responsive to your needs.
The only down side is shipping may take a while.....but it's worth the wait.

"I ordered a holster from Craft and it had a 4 week lead time. Well 2 weeks in I decided to order another one for a different gun. Mind you I still didn't have the first one yet to know what the quality was like! I was just going on reviews and videos. Well the first one shipped but a week later I was contacted that it was stuck in Germany! I called Craft and they said they would inquire about it. I don't know how they did it but my holster was on my doorstep the next afternoon!!! The fit and finish of the product is absolutely top quality. So glad I decided to order the second one.
