"I am always amazed at the perfect quality of the fine leather in all 3 of my holsters. The paddle holsters fit really tight on the belt making them perfect for drawing the firearm. The holsters come very stiff, but I invested the 7 or 8 bucks for the break in solution from Craft, and followed the instructions in the Holster Club and in no time all 3 holsters have formed perfectly to each firearm. "I've purchased two paddle holsters from Kraft The first one for a Smith 4 inch model 19, after I got it I thought it was pretty good so I ordered another one for for Blackhawk 44 50th anniversary. The only problem that I see with these they look okay but they do not want to go on easy the attachment from the holster to the paddle is so awkward by the time you get it over your belt which cannot be done with your pants on the bottom of the holster cants out so far it looks ridiculous. Basically they're unusable for their intended purposes so I believe I wasted money on them. I should have bought regular belt holsters and maybe they would have been okay. "Ordered a holster for my S&W Model 10 4 inch barrel. Absolutely a beautiful looking holster. Unfortunately, the revolver would not fit all the way into the holster (about 3/4-1 inch short). Contacted their customer service via email. They stated they sent the wrong holster and would get the correct one out to me in short order. About three weeks later, the new one arrived. Except it is the exact same holster size they sent the first time. SO, now I have two holsters I can't use and am out $72. I have contacted them back and asked for my money back since they sold me a incorrect holster (twice). I have not heard back from them since I sent the email three days ago.
