use able when sitting in truck. Asked for a return shipping label and a callback. They said timezone difference made it impossible.[They later admitted they have US Office,but refuse to call or take a call] Surprised when they flat refused,said would only replace it if we sent pictures and IF they agreed with our judgement. Flat would not refund our money even though the design geometry was clearly a big problem.I begged for someone to call us so we wouldn't lose hours of work time[money,income]on crossing emailed nonsense.Every email got us another excuse like "you don't understand leather ". Finally decided dealing with them was something I couldn't afford and we gave up. Any Foreign firm that refuses to speak with a customer even when they accidentally admit they do have offices in the US should be avoided.There are plenty of US and other firms that conduct business Honorably and deserve our money and time."

"I purchased a double magazine pouch and the magazines...sorry...literally fit like a glove! I wanted a magazine pouch with straps over the top, although this time, I could have done without the straps. Just imagine having to go for another magazine and it isn't there. I suppose, in time with a lot of wear and use, like on a range, the pouch might eventually lose it snugness. I love the way the leather wears and smells. Craft makes a wonderful product. Thank you! "I ordered an inside the waistband holster for colt king cobra with 2 in barrel and a belt that was supposed to work with it well it took about 5 wks and when the holster came one look and I knew it wouldn't work the loops for the belt were very small the belt with it wouldn't even work the belt would have to be a half inch wide totally **** up well I contacted craft and told them I wanted to return the holster they sent me an email saying the wanted pictures of the holster and my gun I said NO I don't like the holster what good are pictures. This is a very well made and nice looking holster. I’ve had it three or four weeks and I’ve worn it quite a bit. In fact I just got home and took it off. It’s comfortable and well concealed under an untucked T shirt. It fit my revolver with out any break in. It’s snug and secure yet easy enough to draw and reholster. There was more break in for the belt loops than for the holster. Two of my shooting buddies saw it and decided to order one for their snub nose revolvers."

"Holster fit my pistol well enough but the hardware was cheap plastic. I will have to retool it with marine brass or stainless-steel buckles and D rings for durability. "Ordered a 500mag 4in 2 position holster. It came on the correct date. Holster is very well made and evenly dyed black. It was tight out of the box. I couldn't snap the thumb strap. The first day I wore it unsnapped. That allowed it to settle in. The next day I was able to snap it. I've got over 100hrs wearing time on this so far. It fits me and the 500 perfect. Rides a tad higher so a long shirt covers it well. I highly recommend it."
