"I received my holster and it was everything Craft Holster said it was going to be. The fit for my pistol with an optic was perfect. The leather is beautiful and the craftsmanship was excellent. The wait time was longer than I had hope for, but if you have the time to receive your holster it’s worth the wait."
"The craftsmanship is truly exceptional. I won't hesitate to recommend these holsters as it does really fit like a glove. Thanks Craft Holsters!"
"The overall look of the holster is nice however it took me several days of "breaking in" the holster just to get it to stop moving the slide back on the gun when forcing it into the holster and forget about the strap! The strap would need to be stretched about 3/4"!!! Luckily this holster fits a much smaller S&W 40! Did they use the wrong template? Don't know because they don't respond! Buyer beware!"
"IF you have patience and allow a thorough break-in, these Holsters will never disappoint you. Their break-in kit will allow you to condition three (3) Holsters. Wax paper is your friend with the accommodation the barrel and cylender. Ref GP100, 4.2" Barrel. This Last purchase was my 4th from Craft. That alone should speak to their quality!!!"
"I have received 2 leather holsters so far. Another is in production. I also bought 2 of the mag pouches. They fit perfectly. No complaints from me. All are made of very solid leather. The thumb straps take a little work to stretch out. If you follow their instructions, it works great. Top notch holsters in my experience so far. Keep up the great work. Don’t pay any attention to these haters!!"
"This is the Second Holster that I've ordered from Craft Holsters, and they are an excellent choice if you are looking for a Custom Holster. I highly recommend Craft Holsters to everyone."
"Craft Holsters makes a quality product But their customer service is crap, don't believe them when they say its a 100% satisfaction guarantee it is NOT! They are also a foreign company that could care less about Americans, you have limited or no rights in a dispute with these pukes. STAY AWAY Buy American!

“Hey sir!
First and foremost, I'm very sorry you're not happy with the experience you had when shopping from us. If my colleagues said anything that you didn't find appropriate, I"m sorry for that too, but let me tell you I believe they're real professionals.
Anyways, sir, I'll be happy to help you out if there's a problem you want to discuss, so feel free to email me at "feedback@craftholsters.com" or reply here. It would be great to know what your order number was too.
Regards, Al from Craft Holsters”
"I bought a holster for my Glock43x. The picture clearly showed a strap going around the **** of the gun. When it arrived almost 60 days after ordering it, and follow up emails, it was not what was shown in the picture. Was given the option to return it with a 25% restocking fee. Not a great experience!"
“Hey there!
Dear madam, I'm very sorry for the experience you had with us.
However, the restocking fee is only applied when there's a mistake made on our customers' end when they are placing their orders.
Still, if need be, please, send me your order number so that I can look into it and help you out in case your claim wasn't handed properly.
Regards, Al from Craft Holsters”
"Waited a month. Finally arrived. Very small belt loops won't fit any belt which makes this holster useless. Very complicated return policy makes this holster Destin for the trash. "
“Hey sir!
I'm very sorry that you have no use for your new holster due to the belt slots being too narrow for your belts. However, sir, each and every single product on our offer comes with a product description and when it comes to holsters, the belt compatibility is always mentioned. At the same time, if you need wider belt attachment points, you can always ask for holster customization.
As we're based in Europe, I realize returning the product is a bit more complicated, but you can return it anytime you want. However, as you didn't receive a faulty product (you simply didn't order a holster compatible with your belts), there might be some restocking fee applied.
Regards, Al from Craft Holsters”
"Used the break in kit, followed directions. Perfect fit, fine craftsmanship. Will be getting more from them."
"Excellent experience from start to finish! I had initially ordered the wrong configuration on the rig, but Craft Holsters' staff helped me tailor the order to fit my needs!
The rig is flawless, top grain leather and dye; very well made.
You can't go wrong with Craft Holsters!"
"Excellent quality, awesome customer service."
"Came on time scheduled from when I ordered!
It was a little tight, but not too bad. I used the break in kit I also bought, followed the instruction, and watched the Video!
2 days later it fit like a glove, and I LOVE IT!
Great Job!
I highly recommend!"
"I have 5 craft holsters and all of them are in excellent shape and good workmanship thanks a lot for the time you spend on your it"
"Previously ordered holster for my Beretta Cougar.
This is one of the few companies offering holster for that model.
It arrived packed well.
Initially the pistol fit very tightly but after break in period fit perfectly.
So seeing the quality of the holster I ordered a matching belt and magazine pouch.
They arrived matching the holster perfectly.
The quality of materials is first rate.
Craftsmanship is impeccable
Would highly recommend Craft holsters to anyone interested."
A rep from Craft Holsters, craftholsters, has responded:
“Hey sir!
Thanks for sharing your experience with our holsters. I'm very sorry to hear the holster didn't fit the gun you initially wanted it for, although I'm convinced you could easily stretch the strap if you follow our break in guide - https://www.craftholsters.com/break-in-guide.
Anyways, glad to hear you found another gun you can use the holster with. However, if you're within 30 days of receiving your holster, you can still return it.
Now when it comes to my colleagues, I'm sorry if you haven't heard back from them, but it's quite likely their emails simply ended in the spam folder. Please, filter your inbox for any emails from "support@craftholsters.com".
Regards, Al from Craft Holsters”
