"Very good high quality homemade product that felt great right out of the box. I am in the process of order mothers for my other pistols. Order today … well worth the short waste time.

"Ordered 2 holsters, a quality leather belt, and leather care goods from Craft Holsters. High quality, as expected, and the price was well in line with market standards. The biggest selling point was the features, options, and selection, which was superior to competitors."
"The inside holster should be like glove leather and unfinished leather will ruin your gun. "
"I have a box full of holsters from many big name manufacturers but, NONE compare to Craft Holsters! These holsters are very high quality, hug my body, keeping my EDC’s secure and are really comfortable. Comfortable to the point that I have never been gouged by my Craft Holsters. It’s kind of funny but, I learned of Craft Holsters via instagram."
"I purchased a Craft Shoulder Holster with double Mag Pouch for my Ruger GP100 4.2" revolver and I can’t be happier. First, I should mention that my order arrived within the promised manufacturing and shipping timeframe. Next, the holster system is really nice—awesome! The system is well made, adjustable/functional, and made of top quality leather and hardware. The holster fits my GP100 perfectly and needed very little break-in after receiving it. Lastly, I don’t think I could have made a better choice considering that comparable shoulder holster systems cost a lot more money. I highly recommend Craft holsters to anyone looking for quality firearms holsters. "
"I ordered a custom leather holster for my new Walther PDP with mounted optics and Craft Holster was able to make and ship it to me in less than two weeks. Outstanding! Even their 'economy' shipping was fast. "
"I was looking for a paddle holster but I wanted it covered in brown basket weave. Craft holsters let me know that they didn't make a paddle holster like that but showed me a belt slide holster in that style. I thought it looked great and ordered it. It took a little while longer than they thought due to supply issues but when it came it was well worth the wait. It fits my Smith & Wesson two and a half inch Model 66 perfectly. The thumb strap was a little tight but with the application of denatured alcohol like they suggested in their break-in guide it now fits perfect. It's been a week and I really like it. It's the one I carry. I just can't wait for it to get that not new look. They did a great job for me, their customer service was amazing, they always let me know what was going on. I truly appreciate that. Nice work guys."
"I am a long time military and federal agent weapon user. I have been issued and purchased many firearm holsters, this one is certainly one of the best made holsters I have seen, fit and finish were all first class. Considering the distance it had to travel to get n my hands, I was amazed at how fast it got here. Buy this holster, you will not be disappointed."
"It may have took a while to receive my black weave holster but it was welll worth the wait. It fits like a well made glove and the craftsmanship is excellent as is the leather quality. Will buy from again. "
"They had the one that fits my pistol and a very positive harness configuration that works.
Keep up the good work!
Thank you"
"These guys do it right. Fine craftsmanship, quality fit and comfortable!"
"The quality of the holster was everything I had expected and hoped for. The amazing part is that, because mine was in stock and didn't have to be custom made, was immediately shipped and made it to my doorstep in 10 days - from Slovakia to Texas.
Yet a trampoline from India took two months... "
"I bought my first holster from Craft a little over a year ago. I now have three from Craft. All three holsters are high quality, handsome in appearance, and fit the firearms they were ordered for. I am older and therefore my firearms are of the old school vintage. Craft was able to fit them perfectly. As a veteran and former law enforcement officer, I appreciate fit, finish, comfort, style, and most importantly durability. Craft does it all while offering unparalleled customer service. Their delivery is a little slow due to the nature of custom holsters and their overseas location, however the wait is worth it. If your looking for a great holster at a reasonable price, I recommend giving Craft a try!"
"Nothing looks, feels, and smells like leather, especially for an OWB holster. The look and fit of this holster is superb. The retention screw allows for any level of retention, holding my P238 securely but still smooth and fast on the draw. The design presses the **** of the gun up against my body for a trim concealable fit beneath a light jacket or a loose untucked shirt, but it shines as an open carry around the house. Comfort and style. Everything about this company says pride and craftsmanship. Craft Holsters is a class act. "
"Initially I had a good experience with this company, so I ordered multiple products from them. They always gave me the feeling through contact with customer service I’d be taken care of in any instance of not being satisfied with my order. Which bear in mind, their website claims to uphold a “buy back guarantee” for that exact reason, stating that they are so confident in their product that they will buy it back if you are not satisfied. I discovered recently that this is false advertising and merely an attempt to incur more sales. I recently ordered a holster for a Kimber Custom II as a Father’s Day gift for my father, and when it arrived I was disappointed to see that it was for the incorrect carry condition. When I reached out to customer service I was beyond surprised when they told me I would be charged a restocking fee to return the holster. I’ve had to return holsters in the past under similar circumstances with Craft and they were very eager to help at that time. It seems this company simply picks and chooses at their convenience which orders they will honor their so called “buy back guarantee” and which orders they will not. I have to admit however I did enjoy this company and their product at one point but due to what I perceive as dishonesty this will certainly be the last time I will ever do business this company. "
“Hey sir!
First of all, let me apologize for the entire shopping experience when it comes to your most recent order. I'm not sure what you mean by incorrect carry condition, but in case you'd wanted a holster for let's say Cocked & Locked carry, you have to pick a C&L gun from the gunlist prior to finishing your order (or you need to let us know through the "your note" field or by contacting my colleagues from the customer care dpt).
If you ordered a holster modeled for standard carry, but you'd like to use it for C&L carry, then, unfortunately, restocking fee has to be applied as you were delivered what you'd ordered. I'm not blaming you, though, and I understand your frustration.
Please, send me an email at "feedback@craftholsters.com", letting me know what your order number was. I'll see if I can do something about your case.
Also, it's advisable to read through our returns policy (which has been slightly updated lately) - www.craftholsters.com/returns.
Once again, I'm sorry you couldn't be satisfied with both the product as well as how your claim was handled. Let me know about that order number and I'll see what can be done about your holster.
Regards, Al”
