"I'll write reviews when I'm wowed (or soured) as I'm a reader of them and believe in turnabout that could be helpful for others. 2 lines of kudos here as the title implies.

Part I: I've been a JL fan for more than a couple years when I bought my used original 12W6AE (yep, that old) and sold on JL ever since. Amps are rock solid and I went on to their C3 line for my other speakers - have yet to disappoint. My 4-channel JL e4300 (yep, that old) bought the farm and have had nothing but great experiences with James as my knowledgeable sounding board. Talked about a JL replacement and I settled on the VX400/4i - a bit out of my price range but James made it work. Short story: it kicks ****. I'm an electrical engineer by education and I could live in the JL TuN app for weeks. Serious power, uncolored, undistorted and feature rich - the DSP is awesome. Five-stars.

Part II: I'm not shopping anywhere else for my audio gear going forward. You can have the JL gear that I want and knock it down 5% from the next guy, but hands down this is where Creative shines: customer service. I started out buying parts and pieces from them for my build (and BTW - best prices I've found) and had several amplifier discussions James. He was patient (I'll analyze a glass of water), knowledgeable and responsive. Anyone can come around on price; service and knowledge before/during/after the sale are PRICELESS and will get my business EVERY TIME. Hat's off James & Creative!"

"I just want to be sure to be very transparent because if you are anything like me the best way to know about a business is hearing from the people that have already done business with them so with that I’m mind I wanted to be 100% transparent because my first review wasn’t the best but it was honest. I would say within no more than like 30mins after I hit send I received a call from a number that I didn’t know and because I was in a meeting I didn’t answer. Come to find out it was Creative Audio calling about my experience and because I didn’t answer I also got and email and immediate resolution to my experience.

I’ve got to tell you that I’m all my life I’ve NEVER experienced this type of service from anyone to date. I want to thank James over at Creative Audio for his diligence and time to ensure that my experience was made right I absolutely appreciate that and I can’t say it enough.

"Place an order nearly two years ago for some marine audio equipment, started having issues with the product. Product was still under warranty (barely) so I reached out to Creative Audio to see how I went about submitting a warranty claim - I was shocked of how quickly the response was, and the company was very eager to help and sent over a return label to ship the item back so they could process for warranty. For being an online retailer, they provided better customer support than many big box retailers! They have my business for life - thank you! (Note: ended up being an issue with some corroded wiring and not the item - but the staff was eager and ready to help regardless!)

"I've made two purchases from Creative Audio and am now a huge fan. Not only did they have competitive pricing on products but they also provided outstanding customer service and follow-up. "Quickly became a huge fan. Started with a set of Hertz CPK-690 component speakers. After realizing I needed a DSP for optimal sound quality, it was all downhill from there. As I'm more from the "old school" stereo days, the DSP was all new territory for me.
