"I bought a subwoofer and amp for my son at Christmas. Well, as things sometimes happen, we just couldn't get the subwoofer to work. We checked voltage all around, double-checked all connections and finally took the subwoofer box inside the house and connected it to my home stereo. No sound. Sometimes this happens. No matter what you buy, if it is mass produced, there will be the off chance you will get one that doesn't work. Okay, so I called service and left a message since it was on a Sunday that we discovered the problem. I had a phone call the very next day, described my problem and was told they would take care of me. I was immediately given instructions on how to get a replacement sent to me and could have had one coming immediately, but I was stubborn enough to try to troubleshoot the speaker. After finding that it was internal to the speaker and I wasn't prepared to do speaker surgery, I followed their instructions, sent the proof and the very next day I was told the order was processed. I believe I had the replacement at my door three days after that.
As I said above, things happen. It's the good customer service that tells me I would come back for other audio needs, because I know that if things do happen, I'll be given great customer service. (And yes, I did put the new speaker in the box and hooked it up to test it and everything is excellent.)"
