"I have been trying to contact this company regarding a back ordered product since October 2019. I have been advised on three occasion the product would be in stock in January 2020. I have called and been on hold an average of 30 minutes then disconnected, now when I call, I get a message stating "the wireless number you have called is not in service".
Is this company still in business??? This is not a good way to treat customers who have ordered in the past."

"I placed a order for 24 T-Caps, The merchant then quoted that it would be 3 months before they could despatch the product. An email was sent requesting an order cancellation to which Cody agreed. This occurred 15/5 and the follow on emails have been ignored."

"Lousy pretty much sums up this company. Lousy customer service and lousy product. I paid extra for 3 day shipping and received my shipment 6 days later. They made a lame excuse when I complained to Paypal. I asked for my shipping cost difference to be refunded and they refused with another excuse. I bought a set of 8 plastic poles (the yellow and black striped ones). They do not hold the weight of the plastic chain that comes with them very well. The distance they recommend between poles is not accurate, it's about half that distance. The poles are so cheap quality that after being in the sun a while they bow over sideways. One has already broken off the base. Cheap garbage but certainly not inexpensive - I paid a little over $400 for this junk. Buyer beware. Don't deal with this company. Negative Star rating."
"Equicross is a horrible company. After ordering products from this company I was contacted by Lorena Gatti in customer service who informed me that she needs a photo copy of my driver’s licenses and my credit card. I told her to cancel the order and she did, then she charged my card anyway. I have contacted Equicross every few weeks since for months now and they keep telling me that it is their fault and a credit will be on my next statement. Everytime I call back they blame new accounting software for the error and tell me the credit will be on the next statement. I have talk to and emailed every person in the company that i can find contact information on. I would never trust this company with my personal information. They are either every incompetent or scamming people."
"I placed an order on 9/11/2015 and as of 9/23/2015 have not received it. First time I called, they told me that the order was shipped but the zip code they used was wrong and that they will send me the tracking number. I never received the tracking number. I called back a few hours later and they told me that it has not been shipped and once shipped I will receive a tracking number. I called back the next day and was told that it has not shipped and will receive a tracking number once shipped. I have called the last two days and no one answers the phone during normal business hours. Is this a real company or an internet scam?"
"The service I received was appalling. I called no less than 4 times in a week. I made a mistake on the order, and had to change the quantity from two to one of a purple carpet runner.This was my fault, but the way what ensued was handled is on them.
1. They have yet to change the invoice or refund our card for the rug that we weren't going to receive.
2. The item was "out of stock" on Monday when I ordered. The website did not reflect this, nor did anyone tell me this the MULTIPLE times I called.
3. I left in the notes "need by Thursday" and paid for expedited shipping. No one who saw my invoice or reviewed my order found it pertinent to inform me that the items were out of stock.
4. The sales person first told me the item had already been delivered. Funny, since I never received tracking, or the package. Turns out it had never left the warehouse! It actually wasn't even in stock!
When I sent all of this into customer care, they informed that my order was not the only one they received that day. Instead of owning up to what was clearly a failure of 1. communication and 2. knowledge of their own stock, the would rather make an excuse that puts me in the hot seat for raising questions about the way my order was handled.
If you feel you must order from Crowd Control Store, beware. Maybe they have it, maybe they don't. Good luck finding out in a timely manner, after they've already taken your payment in full, of course.

"The equipment was well built of a heavy plastic type material that won't rust or easily break. My only complaint is that the device was difficult to slide onto the holder as plastic on plastic doesn't slide well. I did get it on eventually with the help of a mallet and it works great."
