"This is the first time that I have used a service like this and I was a little nervous that I would not receive enough (good) designs. Crowdspring give lots of options to allow you attract more designers, such as gaurantee waivers, featured ads etc, which helped to give a little more impact on my posting.

I received over 200 design submissions from around 45 designers, and honestly was a little overwhelmed (in a good way). Overall, the quality of the submission were great and I found a fantastic logo and identity for my company. However, it was obvious that some designers did not read the brief, but Crowdspring have an option for this to provide this in their feedback (which impacts the designer's score on the website) and if this still doesn't work, you can block a designer from submitting to your project, so this isn't a huge problem as Crowdspring have tried to protect against it.

The service from CS support team was also really good, giving quick responses and offering free project extensions where needed.

I couldn't really fault the service at all with the exception of their mobile site being a little unreliable at times. However, if you are working from a desktop, it is perfect.
