"Exceptional Products and fast shipping but the total price was a little misleading.... I was given a different total amount due prior to giving my payment information. Once my payment was approved, sales taxes were added during the confirmation. It would have been nice to have that included before the payment information is submitted. I do understand sales taxes will be collected but I adjusted my items according to my cart total so if you are trying to stay within a budget, as I tried to...this was a huge issue for me. As far as product, I am happy with my order and received it in a matter of days after ordering. Within 3 days my items were at my front door with their standard shipping option. "

"The product was amazing and the kids felt truly special when they received their awards. The only issue I had was shipping. FedEx express overnight only delivers on weekdays no weekends. It was on the truck to be delivered on a Friday but since the drivers shift ended they took my package back to the hub and was not going to deliver until Monday and I needed the awards for Sunday Morning. After pay 67.00 for express overnight I had to drive to facility to pick up my package. Maybe Crown Awards should try a different method of shipping since FedEx is not dependable."
