The woman on the phone said she'd call back with cheaper options but never did. I went back online (after 50 pop-ups all over my computer the next few days), only to find a cheaper option, but they messed the plaque up. Trying to rectify the problem, did no good. I'd call every day, for four days, and have to explain the story each time. Come on, guys. Learn how to run a business properly. I wasn't in a hurry and this could have been taken care of. Instead, I'm spending the evening dealing with a credit card company, to try and cancel payment...and writing negative reviews about your company. Would have been easier if you guys just fixed the item the first time, and made a customer happy."
