"I installed the ram and it caused a conflict. I used my other laptop to contact Century Link's At Ease service. End result, Crucial's website was not up to date with Dell's applications. Prior to purchasing, I even verified with their scanner and chat. What was listed as 12800 should have been 10600. Chat service was helpful but slow to answer. It should be noted on Crucial's site that if you are thinking of upgrading, it is more advantageous to purchase all the ram you need at the same time, from the same manufacturer, with the same manufacturer date and not to buy only one stick and supplement with what you already have in the other slot. I ended up putting the stick in my other laptop. Zips right along. But, I will be looking elsewhere next time."
