"How did Crucial deliver? Not at all, literally. I ordered a part from Crucial last week. When it didn't arrive, I checked my status to find that the order had been canceled. Got on chat to find out why, and after a worrisome delay, rep got back to me and went to check. She told me that my order was canceled during processing. There was no definite reason. She suggested that possibly my info was wrong. I was advised to use PayPal (and "make sure that your information is correct") or an outside vendor. I don't use PayPal, so have no choice, do I? Product has good reviews, so will still order, and at least vendors (I've used all the ones rep suggested) are reliable and tell you if there is a problem with your order while you're submitting the info. So. Wasted a week with these guys, and got a pretty annoying support experience at the end of it."
