"Used the System Scanner to be sure I ordered the correct RAM. Ordered what they guaranteed would work and it doesn't. The RAM's speed is too fast for my older Toshiba. Customer service rep said that "sometimes Toshibas are finicky." Well then their system scanner shouldn't tell me that the memory is compatible. CS rep was personable and professional and did try to find a solution but to no avail. They did give me a free return label so I'm off to the UPS store."
