"return policy stinks. ordered memory and paid for expedited shipping. failed in less than a week, blue screen crash. the RMA process is painful, and the return policy even worse. The return hardware is not shipped until the faulty hardware is received and processed, oh and shipping is on you. If you want to pay twice for the product, they offer an "advanced" replacement option? Really? No thanks."

"The product was fine. The website was not.

I had not used my account for about 1-1/2 years. It would not let me place an order on a Sunday. I had to wait till your phone representatives were on duty during the week.

The person on the phone was very helpful, both in resetting the password and guiding me to the correct product number.

Once I got a password reset message, it was very difficult to use. I a new password and then tried to log in, I would not let me. I tried again for a new password reset, and then at least one more time.

I finally figured out that I must have had illegal characters in the password. These were not blocked when I created the password, but only when I used it.

I had to go thru at least three tries to get a password that worked. Each try cost 5-15 minutes. There were no directions ANYWHERE about what an acceptable password is."
