"The process is probably easy and sufficient for those that really know and have worked on computers. However, for a 73 years old neophyte, your cite navigation was awkward and that may have been contributed to by my Mini Mac's procedure. In either case it may have been smart to have warned of the awkwardness or indirect procedure with use of my Mac for doing the diagnosis to be certain of my getting the correct replacement memory boards.
Your system says it will not let me buy the wrong part, however, it never confirmed that what I ordered was the right part.
Furthermore, when I supplied descriptive information of my Mac and asked for reassurance of having ordered the correct part, your system responded as if I had not supplied the descriptive information. That gave me a feeling of your system be automated and insufficient.
In sum, the problem may just be that you need someone with editing/English writing ability that can make things clear by using all necessary words to describe whatever and not rely on technical people that can do the technical stuff but not clearly write about what to expect and what will happen.
This is not to belittle the technical people. This is merely a recognition of the fact we all have our limitations and those limits should not be a barrier to getting a job done for your customers.
