"I bought a Motorola Xoom from CTINYC last month at a very good price. At first I was happy with it, but after checking the software version, came to realize it was a non-USA XOOM which made it unable to update to USA current version. I contacted CTINYC and they were skeptical about my problem, saying all XOOMs are alike. After several emails back and forth, they agreed to do a refund. All during this I contacted Motorola and since the warranty was good, had me send the device back to them for "repair". I sent the device back to Moto on a Friday and had the device back on Tuesday afternoon. With US operating system. I then let CTINYC know of this. The story is this: While I am happy at the outcome; a Xoom at a great price, it was not without some anxious moments. They did the right thing in offering a refund, but if they were selling the right equipment it wouldn't have happened in the first place. "
