"These reviews are con, no one is this perfect. I ordered an unlocked phone that I needed in Afghanistan pronto. When I placed the order I received an email the following day claiming that the shipping costs will be an additional 15 bucks since the phone will be shipping APO. Why didn’t there website just update the price when I first picked APO shipping in the first place is beyond me. But after a week my card wasn’t charged and the purchase was still pending. When I emailed CTINYC back they claimed I needed to send them a confirmation email so they can charge my account accordingly. I needed the phone immediately and these clowns didn’t bother to tell me they needed me to email them back giving them confirmation to charge me MORE money. A bad way to process transactions via email don’t you think? They cancelled my ordered and made all these excuses about bad weather in NY causing shipping delays. I can’t believe I actually mentioned this website to other people since in Afghanistan we must use unlocked phones to call stateside, biggest mistake ever!"

"Equipment received on time and in excellent condition. However, the NexusOne was previously used as I found 2 text messages on the cell from a 786 area code. My area code is 868 so it wasn't my text.

They had technical problem with elevator that UPS couldnt get the shipments downstairs, so they shipped my item individually. Thanks for that. The phone looks very nice; very light, and quite small; smaller than iPhone. touchscreen responses very well, feels like Blackberry Storm. Voice quality is clear (i'm using t-mobile in New York area). CTINYC looks like a new web site. They have many selections to choose from, which is nice. I would recommend to buy from them, if the price of the item is reasonable, although I always compare prices before I buy from anyone, but they seem to be new and secure. I feel comfortable to buy from them. This was my 1st time buying from them. I would try again next time."
