I ordered a Fissler stew pot on line from CudaKitchen using PayPal. I never received a confirmatory email with the shipping details. I called and spoke to a man who said he was looking into it and would call me back. He never called me back. I called and left another message. Still no response. I then called again and I spoke to the same guy, who said, "Didn't I call you?" I said no. He informed me that the item was shipped to me the previous Thursday. I asked him to email me the tracking information and he promised he would. He never sent the information and more than a week later, the item has not arrived. This is a company that specializes in fraud! I have initiated a dispute through PayPal and also filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau.

"I ordered a pasta maker, received an email confirmation of my purchase, then that's the last of heard from them. After two weeks I sent an inquiry using their website form. No response. I called a few days later and no answer. This is when I really started getting worried. I called back the next day and actually reached someone. I asked about my order and they told me they had to check with their warehouose and would return my call. No call. I called back and they said the same thing, this time I told them I would wait on hold. That's when the line mysteriously disconnected. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with PayPal did they respond. They said it was on back order. I eventually got my money back but I would NEVER use them again."

"This was my first time doing business with Cuda Kitchen.
They had the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
They inform you of nothing.
They did not answer my email and I only got answers after a phone call. And again a week later trying to find out what was going on with my order, was a repeat of the week before.
They were extremely slow at shipping, 5 weeks from time of order.
As it turned out the product was not available once purchase was made and paid for.
Even after my call to them about my order status, they continued to keep that product for sale when they knew full well that it was a back order product.
Had they informed me in the beginning that is was going to be back order would have been GOOD customer service.

"I received 2 boxes today - a subwoofer and a center channel but NO in-ceiling speakers. Those were the ones I specificaly needed because I have had my house tore apart for a week after a slab leak and need to finish the ceiling first!! Please tell me you shipped them!!!~!"

"If I have learned anything from my experience with Cuda Kitchen, it is that you get what you pay for. After deliberating whether or not this was a legit website I finally decided to pull the trigger for a few hundred dollars worth of Polk audio equipment. I placed my order at the end of Nov. thinking it would be a slam dunk for Christmas delivery. Weeks later I have recieved three of the four items. Customer service is zero help. They can only offer creative guesses about when the the last item will ship. I've been told it shipped three weeks ago, shipped last week, and finally it is on backorder but may show up to their warehouse in a few days. I am not looking forward to the credit card charge dispute that I believe is inevitable at this point. Next time I will spend a few extra bucks to purchase from Best Buy. Also, on a side note their prices are cheap but they make up for it with excessive shipping/handling charges."

"Ordered an item over the phone on a Monday. Was told it was in stock and would ship within 24-48 hours. Was also offered a 5% discount that was to be refunded to me after the initial transaction was complete. A week later, on the following Monday, I had still not received a shipment notice nor the 5% refund. Called support and was told that the product I ordered was just coming in that day and they would be sure that it got out to me that evening. Two days later, Wednesday, I still had not received a shipping notice. I called support again and was told that nothing had yet been shipped to me and they could not tell me if they even had the item in stock. I requested and was granted a refund. I was told that the refund would be processed that day, Wednesday, or the next at the latest and would receive an email confirmation. The refund email did not come until two days later on Friday. I knew this was not going to be an Amazon-like experience but was okay with that provided I actually got the product I ordered at the price advertised within a reasonable time frame. 9 days after my initial order they were unable to tell me if they even had the product I ordered after having told me that it was about to ship twice previously. I hope others have a better experience but I will not trust them with my business in the future."
