"Good prices but barely fair communication and poor marks for timely shipping. I placed an order for a set of bookshelf speakers on 11/29/12. On 11/30/12 I received an e-mail stating that Cuda Kitchen had received the order. I got no other information from them. On 12/5 I submitted an e-mail request on the status of my order. I received no answer. On 12/7 I called them and spoke to a JW who said he didn't know for sure but he thought that my speakers had shipped. He eventually e-mailed me back saying that the speakers would ship Monday morning 12/10. I received nothing from Cuda Kitchens on Monday and today (Tue 12/11) called again. I again talked to JW who now stated that they had received a large shipment last night and he thought my speakers were on it and would be shipped out "today or tomorrow". When I ordered the speakers there was no mention that they were not currently in stock. The bottom line is that it has been almost 2 weeks and as of now my speakers still haven't shipped. Low prices are very nice but accurate information and timely shipping are also important.
Update: 12/13/12 Finally got notification that my speakers shipped yesterday, almost 2 weeks since the order was placed. And while I'm not sure that the speakers would have shipped anyway I called and e-mailed multiple times. Online shopping should not be this difficult."
