"Customer Service doesn't exist. After using their preferred method of contact, a form on the website, they never got back to me. Also tried calling customer service however all you ever get is, I’m sorry no customer service is available right now, transferring you to voicemail. It takes them a week just to process your payment, which is before they even start shipping anything. Update - Shortly after posting this review they messaged me back. They said that when I tried calling them while it was within the business hours their machine said was working hours, The machine was incorrect, and business opened up an hour later then what was on the machine. As far as shipping speed, they said the estimated shipped date isn't the total shipping date, but that is the estimated time for it to get out their door and into the shipping carrier's hands. (so an item purchased via standard shipping you will get in 6-10 business days). While the items I purchased were light, they didn't offer to upgrade my shipping so i would get the item in the time frame I desired or even offered me a chance to pay more for the upgraded shipping. (They contacted me in the morning, the item finally shipped in the afternoon)."

"After I placed the order I got a confirmation stating that it would be shipped in 3 to 5 days. They also didn't have the shipping address I gave them. They were going to ship to my billing address.
When I contacted them about that they said all I could do was cancel the order, and re-submit.
I canceled the order, and ordered from another vendor. I received my order in 2 days at the right address"

I was a little leery because the prices are so low (One recent item I saw at Mr S was $69.95 vs $34.99 at CB-- same exact item!). There are other reputable adult toy outfits around, but they tend to have very hefty markups. I saw the ratings here and decided to order from them. All went well: Items came in about a week, there were confirmation and tracking-number emails, and the packaging was solid and anonymously return-addressed."
