"Because of how Cupid's Bedroom ships from their distributors, their shipping options are limited by the distribution centers. I was dissatisfied with the time it took to receive the products (6 business days) until the customer service representative explained the situation. That is why I rated the shipping as only four stars. However, it was free, and the packages were received in mint condition with the contents perfect. My complaints with the shipping were explained thoroughly and promptly (always within hours) by a customer service representative. The customer service left absolutely nothing to be desired as it was perfect. The products were great and inexpensively priced compared to other sites. Most cheaper sites offered imitation Chinese products and Cupid's Bedroom proved to be very reputable in that regard. Though one item was put on backorder with a 2-3 week delay anticipated...then it arrived the same day as the rest of the order...it was labeled as the right size, but wasn't the size of the label, smaller yet larger than the next smaller size...hhhhhmmm...was there a change in supplier??? Oh, and UPS did the wonderful package dump to the USPS...so stuff could have arrive a couple days sooner - though it did meet the claim (UPS SUX)"

"I purchased a costume set from Cupid's Bedroom after being burned on the same set from another vendor.

It may have been partly the terrible service of the other vendor that made Cupid's Bedroom seem so ridiculously good, but I've never had such fantastic service from an online apparel vendor. Especially one with such reasonable prices. They're like the Adorama or Zappos of adult clothing.

The costume was shipped to me so quickly I actually hadn't even a chance to look at the tracking number before it arrived at my door.

"I found the price of the items to be lower than other sites, but the shipping method was not clear to me. Something called "UPS Basic" was used for delivery, which means UPS delivers to the local post office (USPS), which then delivers it to me. It's cheaper and takes longer. I was not aware of this, and it was frustrating to figure out why the tracking information showed UPS giving my mail to USPS when it could have been delivered straight to me. The point was to save money obviously, due to a USPS loophole. Make sure you're not in a hurry if you choose UPS."
