"This was my second time having my vehicle serviced by Curry's and it will probably be my last. My first experience was pleasant, which is why I decided to try a second time. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. When I arrived, I found one other person ahead of me saying the same thing. The service writer told me that my vehicle would be ready in three hours. When I gave him the coupon which stated $17.95 for an oil change and tire rotation, the price I was charged was two dollars higher.
Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation ESPECIALLY if I've had an appointment is not a reasonable amount of time. Any competitor can get me in and out more quickly."
"I have to admit I rarley deal with very,very few automotive services around here. I usually go south to get my repairs done but now, I can honestly say I found my southern equivalent. Curry's Auto is very upfront and convienent to service your card They did and excellent job on my car and my wife's car. They really take the time and effort to satisfy the customer. "The work was delayed longer then I was told it would due to a delay because they did not have and apparently would not buy the tool(s) necessary to remove the part and then charged me $60 extra to replace the part they "needed to break off". So far, every time I've been to Curry's, they have missed the promise completion date and caused me to make arrangements for transportation for extra time."
"I recently had my 1992 Chevy truck with 263k miles in the shop for an inspection. It was found that my front brake lines were falling apart and required replacement to pass inspection. In the process of fixing the front brake lines and bleeding the brake system, the master cylinder failed (which is reasonable given the age of the truck). All this took place on a Saturday and I got the call after normal business hours that they were still working on the truck trying to find a solution. It ended up that they could not get the master cylinder till Monday and so they comped a rental car. The guys at Curry's do great work (all the jobs on the truck I don't want to do myself) and are very communicative. They fix what's broken and don't try to sell you repairs your car doesn't need. I highly recommend them as an honest business with competent mechanics."

"I have bought tires from Curry's in Gainesville, Va. twice. Great pricing and quick service for name-brand tires, and no pressure to overpay for top-of-the-line tires I didn't need. I have had my cars serviced at Curry's in Chantilly, Va. several times, and it was a consistently good experience. They review your cars' condition to let you know if you have short-term issues that need attention or a heads-up to let you know 'down the road'. The service work they did for me was excellent and they had the vehicles in and out quickly. Also, the oil change special can't be beat for affordability. "
