"I just had the worst experience with Custom Ink. I was charged for not meeting the "quota" on the order, which is fine. Before I placed the order, I was informed that I wouldn't be charged extra because I didn't meet the order goal. So, I got my credit card statement and was appalled by my total. I called them to ask for more information, but all they could tell me was it was for three shirts that three people did not pay for. I'm upset because I couldn't get a direct answer about the numerous charges on my credit card for my group order. I will not be using this company again to purchase anything else. Spare yourself some sanity and use a different company!"

"I will never do business with this company ever again. I needed t-shirts that I designed for an event. They promised me the product would arrive by the date I needed them. I spoke to them nonstop asking if my product had shipped all through the week. They kept lying to me telling me it was shipping that day. Then out of nowhere they sent me a message saying sorry your order will not be shipping for another week. I was left without t-shirts for a special event at the last minute. Beyond poor business and poor customer support. Please do not order from this company."
"Not at all impressed, The shirt material itself is good. The printing on the shirts are HORRIBLE. Everyone of the items I ordered looks like it was washed several time and the print is coming off. You can see the color of the shirts behind the print. Mind you they are brand new and never been worn or washed. I am very disappointed in the printing quality. I am embarrassed to even let my staff wear them.

They don't even know what fair use of an image is. Over priced terrible quality even worse customer service but worst of all they have terrible rules and regulations they just make up their own and not following set legal rules."
"Ive done business with them in the past. Recently I went to look what a reorder would cost. The site wasn’t working. So I forgot about it. The next day I get a call from Andrew in their NJ office saying they placed an order “for me since it looked like I was trying to do it.” They charged my card and everything, which is funny because I supposedly don’t have it stored there. Then their customer service department said I should talk to Andrew to help with the order. I said “no, just cancel it.” What a creepy, unethical way to do business. I will never use them again. I am also going out of my way to report this to every better business bureau and organization I can find. We don’t need businesses conducting unauthorized charges upon us.

" To be as fair as I can; I ordered a shirt months ago and it went very well. The design studio and site are easy to use, but unfortunately after having multiple people order and spend money on items they cancelled the order without contacting me first. I found out our shirt some how resembled a “far” right organization their company disagreed with. I called and explained my frustration and asked them to replace the order if I adjusted it slightly. They made I seem like I could. Then, after adjusting I received no email response. I called and they said I would have to start over collecting money again; after asking to speak with a supervisor. I was disconnected twice and had to call back. They did not retain any information form my order, so no matter what they would be willing to do I would have to go back to the group ordering and request information. The offered a $30 discount on the order being replaced and seemed uninterested in how much this had inconvenienced our entire group or my recommendation to update their process by proofing the graphics before collecting money and not canceling without first contacting the organizer. Instead, they sent emails saying I cancelled the order to the entire group. I asked them to send me a quote on the best offer they could do to make this right and am still waiting..."

"Seen commercials thought hey. So i designed shirt. Looked great. 1) can't order same design on different colored shirts unless you start a whole new order. 2) problem with design error message. But was able to call immediately get this rectified. 3) received shirt and the print looks great quality but it is definitely smaller than the visual placement we seen online before we placed the order. We made sure we made the picture large to represent our little sister. Im not sure if i will order from here in the future only due to the smaller print AND there were black spots on the right shoulder and around the print area. (For Error message-Customer service was helpful and delivery was decent. 2 days earlier than expected.
UPDATE: went from 2 star to 3 start. Called cust serv about the issues. I reached someone immediately (james o.) who was very friendly and helpful. He explained some of the things and He offered to work with me on some design changes that may suit what i originally envisioned and reprint the shirt for me. Will give it a 4 star next if all follows through with the new shirt. "

"I placed an order with Custom Ink for some t-shirts. I used their tool to see how my shirts would look on the various colors they offered. I was satisfied with my selections and place my order. The first "hold" I received was that my colors would not look good on their shirts (the colors looked perfect in their tool). I started a chat and the person was helpful until she said the she would get back with the reason why the colors wouldn't look good... then I was disconnected from the chat. I thought I would call them later. Then I receive another "hold" that I may have an image that could potentially require a letter from the company that shared a similar image. I called Custom Ink and they told me that I could contact the company to see if my image had a close enough resemblance to the assumed image and if they would provide me a letter addressed to Custom Ink allowing me to purchase my t-shirts. The other option was that Custom Ink could redesign my logo. I said no thank you and canceled my order. I paid via cash through PayPal (balance). I've used PayPal for over two decades and when you refund a balance, it goes back into your account immediately. Custom Ink said it would take them 5 days. My biggest issue is that Custom Ink didn't flag anything before I gave them a $1,000 interest free loan for 5 days. I do not recommend them. I subsequently discovered that local businesses were competitive. Support your local businesses."
"We ordered a custom T for staff, they came quickly and looked great. EXCEPT we then noticed a typo that we had made in the initial order. We asked if they could reprint them and got a quick response and another fast shipment with perfect shirts that everyone wears and likes. We will definitely use them in the future."
