"I needed to order t-shirts for a dodgeball team that I was involved with. I was pleased to find that CustomInk had ideas for dodgeball t-shirt as I didn't have a clue on what design I was looking for. After picking out my logo I wanted to customize it and utilized their on-line chat service. The service I received during the on-line chat was excellent. The gentleman helped me pick out colors and come up with ideas for the shirt. He was limited on what he could do and recommended I call the customer service number when I was ready to finalize the order.

I called and spoke to a female and again was 100% satisfied with her helpfulness. I told her my ideas for colors and she threw out her own ideas; which I went with. She explained to me step by step what would happen next (submit it to the design team, who in turn would email me the final design).

The design team emailed me the final design and I rejected it the first time because I wanted some other details added. The design team contacted me and I explained to them what I was wanting to do. They were able to do exactly what I wanted and sent me their updated design, which was beyond my expectations. I approved the design and waited anxiously for the shirts to arrive.

The shirts arrived earlier than the guaranteed delivery date. The packaging provided was superb (the shirts were wrapped in plastic to prevent water damage in case of rain; genius!!)

When I initially began designing the shirts I never imagined they would turn out as good as they did. The service I received from start to finish was amazing. I wish other companies would emulate the customer service CustonInk provided me."
