I actually spoke to someone who worked for the company and not some zombie at a hired outside service who couldn't care less about my satisfaction. The Customer Service person (Kathleen) was wonderful!!!! It is their customer service personnel that makes the big difference in me coming back to CustomInk!!!! What a pleasure it is to speak with someone who has the follow-through, common sense, intellect and an honest interest in pleasing the customer! "The design process for creating my shirts was simple and painless. The fact that a designer reviewed my design prior to printing was the kicker...I couldn't match the shirt color perfectly to the logo background I was trying to place, and the only logo I had was a .jpg with a background layer that couldn't be removed. To address this, all I had to do during checkout was write a little note about it and the problem was fixed. Not only that, but I got my t-shirts early and they were even better than I imagined they would be. I will definitely use CustomInk again. Very satisfied over here. Thanks, guys!
