I heard an ad on the local radio station and decided to see if it was worth the time and effort. Pricing was reasonable. I started the design process and realized I was uploading a JPG file and the resolution would not be good on a "T" shirt. I then called the toll free number and spoke with CS rep Wyatt and I discussed the image I was trying to upload in a vector graphic format. He told me that b/c I was ordering more than 6 shirts, their graphics department would look over the image and if needed, would recreate it so the silk screening process would be just fine. After a day or two, I received a request to approve the proof image. In less than the two week time frame I expected the products, I received my shirts with an excellent graphic. I chose the Haines Tagless b/c I hate tags... they itch and stick you. A lot of people cut the tags off, so why not start without them. The quality of the product was also one that I was familiar and already happy. The product met my expectations and the printing enhanced the product 10 fold! The only drawback when ordering multiple sizes it that the graphic size stays the same. I understand that to keep the cost down, there is no way to adjust the size of the graphic unless I was ordering hundreds of shirts. But, knowing the size would be for a Large and that is it, was fine. no one knows but me. Overall I was very happy with my order. My order was expected on Friday but came on Tuesday - a few days early! Awesome.

" I would highly recommend this service to others in need of custom Tshirts.

Last year, the Tshirts that I had made at a local LA Tshirt shop were a huge disappointment. Some of them were of such poor quality, they could not be worn. Also, I spent numerous hours dealing with them beforehand.

In contrast, I am very impressed by the quality, the turn around time, and the customer service provided by CustomInk. It was so simple (and the selection of Tshirts and colors was very large).

I had a concern about a design element I posted on my order (should the logo have a border or not) and a designer called me on my cell and explained why she thought, looks wise, a border was not needed. I felt confident after the call, too.

I certainly will use CustomInk again in the future. "
