"I ordered a timing kit for my Subaru Impreza because these guys were almost $100 cheaper than the local part stores. Transaction went smoothly. I didn't get a tracking number on the day of and I came on here to read reviews. Noticed that there were a lot of mixed reviews, so I emailed the sales department to get a tracking number. I was able to get one the following afternoon. I was in no rush for it, but was happy to know that it would be arriving on Friday (total of 3 days). Just received the timing kit. It was well packaged and everything was in there as claimed. (Even came with a metal water pump gasket which is a plus!!) "Purchased a Motordyne ART Pipe on Wednsday. The next day they called me on my cell phone to state they had none in stock but that it would take 2-3 weeks as the product would be shipping directly from Motordyne. I had no problem with the delay but appriciated the heads up, great customer service. That Friday I was then called again to be told they found one and that it was shipping that day. Tracking info was emailed that day. Extremely great customer service and if I write a review will also get money back, what else can I say GREAT. Thanks "
"I ordered a Motordyne Art pipes from this company, expecting a speedy delivery. After ordering the part I find out that they would take three weeks to deliver the part, however, they sure were quick to charge my card for the full amount so they could earn interest in there account. After two weeks I called because I wanted to cancel my order, when I was informed they had already shipped the part and would have to charge me a 100 dollar fee for restocking the part and I would have to ship it back at my expense. I decided not to cancel my order and the part came in just a little over the 3 week time frame, decided I would keep the part and write a review for them to receive some money back. When I contacted the support about the review they informed me that it has been past the three week limit to write a review. I tried to tell them that I had not receive the part till after the three week limit and could not write a review on a part i never received, yet they did not car. This company is a scam! they charge your card and earn interest while it takes them 3-4 weeks to deliver the part. After purchasing multiple things from this company and this occurring each time I am out to warn the people to not trust this company. There is a reason they are able to charge less then the company that makes the parts!!! "

"I just ordered a Kartboy short shifter from Custom Cars Central for my 04 STI. The day after I ordered it, Ross called me to let me know that the part was out of stock, but they would have it in later in the week. He gave me the option to back out of the order if I needed the part ASAP. I didn't need the part immediately, so I just asked them to send it to me when they get it in. I really appreciated the customer service as most retailers would either contact you via email or not contact you at all about the part being out of stock.
