They can't have all the potential jackets in the store so you have to order online sight unseen and hope it's what you want. Neither of the 2 jackets I ordered so far were what I wanted. "I received my new Icon air flight helmet that was supposed to come with a tinted visor as well as a clear. The dark tinted visor was not in the box when the helmet arrived. I contacted customer service and provided a picture of what came to my door. The lady was super helpful and got a new visor sent out right away unfortunately the visor was out of stock so I was able to pick a different color. Very happy with how they handled everything got my new visor quickly and everything looks great. All me and my sons gear and parts will be coming from cycle gear. "

"found the bag on the Cycle Gear website and it seemed to be what i'd been llooking for. not much into the studs but sine the saddlebags that came with the bike had them it ws a very good match. it arrived in good time. instead of using the laces that came with the bag to mount it i used heavy duty zip ties. worked very well. looks good and it carries a nice little bundle of whatever i need for a day ride or so."
