First, I was under the impression I would get free shipping (provided on orders over $120). With shipping, my grand total came to $128.00. However, when I inquired why I didn't get it, I was told I missed it by $.20. I understand you have to have a cut-off somewhere, but it would have been nice if there was at least a reminder letting me know I could have bought something else and avoided the fee.
Next, and this is really what ticked me off, I received three messages -- one confirming my order and its shipment, another about a miscount in inventory and that the order didn't ship, and another about a miscount in inventory (again) and the item being out-of-stock. When I tracked the shipment from the first e-mail confirming the order, it indicated the order was on its way and I received the delivery the very next day. I wrote to cyclocamping twice about the incident and asked them to verify my credit card had not been charged more than once. I never received any reply! You can keep the free gift -- this review is free!"
