UPDATE: I contacted cyclocamping immediately via email. I received a quick response. Shortly thereafter, the entire mapset was mailed to me (overnight).
Evidently, cyclocamping made at least 2 phone calls to me to ensure that the issue had been resolved (and perhaps convince me to change this review). They then sent me an email mentioning their efforts and the phone calls they'd made. They seemed eager to see this review updated so here I am."

"So I've bought a variety of gear from CycloCamping recently. Although there was an issue with some parts left out of a rack (due to manufacturers error), once I got in touch with the right people, CycloCamping went out of its way to get me the parts I needed in a timely fashion. They even called to make sure everything arrived and helped me out when sending back my other equipment...which I say, is a nice surprise and not often found in companies nowadays.
Plus, the gear was the best price I could find on-line.
