"My order of a patio table and four chairs became a frustrating debacle. The table arrived broken. We didn't bother to open the boxes containing the chairs. I sent an email to "customer support" complete with pictures of the table asking for return information. Multiple times, I got the exact-same standard reply email asking me to send them the same information I had already sent. There is no way in hell anyone will find a Cymax customer service phone number. I wrote them this:
Why won’t Cymax respond to my multiple emails regarding my order, which arrived damaged?
My first email to Cymax regarding the damage was sent by me on June 30.
I have sent photos and a description of the problem and still I get no reply.
Please answer me.

This went on for a MONTH. I wrote Cymax at least five times. I finally took the matter up with my purchasing credit card, and that got the ball rolling. Cymax told me to give the furniture to a charity. I did.
I would not purchase from this outfit again."
"When I ordered a desk from Cymax it was supposed to arrive in about 2 weeks. In reality it took over 6 weeks to get all the shipments. The first two came in a timely manner but the the third was obviously back-ordered, a fact Cymax never did admit. If they had just told me the problem and the time frame I would have been much happier.
