"This is a really nice looking entertainment center. It is of good quality for a fairly low price. My boyfriend put it together and it took him a little while (about 3 hours) as there are a lot of pieces. He is a carpenter so he probably did it faster than most. (He only swore once while putting it together so that is a good sign.) I got that sand color (or whatever it is called) but it looks nice and could go with almost anything. Overall, it is good quality and has a nice amount of storage. The only one thing I wish it had was little lights in the side glass panels but we are going to install some so my nick nakes can be seen easier. If you are just putting DVDs there it won't matter much and if you want lights, you could easily put in little clip battery lights that is if you do not have a carpenter friend. "

"I ordered one style of twin beds, but was shipped another style. It's ok, but was disappointed. Now the front of one of the drawers has a flaw. We have not put the 2nd together yet. Also, the instructions were hard to follow. I would of liked pure wood also. Not pressed. But, for the price, I guess you get what you pay for. "Ordered a Winsome Buffet & they delivered 2 of them, on separate days, 6 days apart. Contacted Cymax customer service & was told they would arrange to have the 2nd one picked up. After several attempts to clarify the pickup date, We we're finally contacted by Travis, who advised he was a Mediation Supervisor. He suggested that we could keep the Buffet and put it on Craig's List or donate it to a charity. We contacted a local church thrift store and donated the buffet to them."
"The quality is very good. It was a two person job assembling as some of the parts were smaller and needed to be kept in place while additional pieces were added.

"4/2/16 - Placed my order over a week ago and never got a tracking number. I finally reach out to them and they tell me that not only has my order not been shipped yet, but that it's probably not shipping for another week or maybe even more. How does that kind of vague and useless answer pass for customer service? If the item was out of stock or back-ordered then they should have been honest about it from the beginning.
4/11/16 - UPDATE: My order finally shipped, but it was split into three shipments because it was too big. Two of the shipments were delivered but the third never arrived. Tracking information shows it was damaged in transit and returned to the shipper. No word from Cymax yet as to whether or not they ever actually intend on getting me the item I paid for.
4/26/16 - UPDATE: The last item in my shipment finally arrived... a full month after I ordered it. And after having had to call them every single day to follow up on my order because they're non-existant customer service never bothered to provide me with any updates on its status. Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. "
