We secured the safety to the wall but it's not tight and the shelf wobbles so if it gets a good bump into, I feel like a big number the dvd's will fall out. But other than the quality of the holder, it fits most of our DVD/blue rays which is impressive."

"I ordered a 9 X 12 area rug that was green and bright gold on the website. The rug that arrived was a 5 X 7 area rug that was green and gray. Cymax had the manufacturer arrange to have the rug picked up and offered to replace it with the correct rug. Unfortunately when the new rug came it was 5 X 7 and green/gray. I contacted Cymax and asked them to have the rug picked up and issue a refund since I was obviously not going to get the item I ordered. They informed me that they would not issue the credit back to my card until the rug was picked up. I did not think my money should be held hostage for their mistake but whatever! They told me the manufacturer would have the rug picked up Thursday. Thursday came and went with my son sitting home waiting for the pickup. Another week went by. I contacted Cymax and asked for my refund but they REFUSED. Then went on to explain that they have no control over the manufacturers they have items shipped from. They literally held my money hostage until the manufacturer finally decided to come out and get the rug. Poor, poor business practice. I cannot imagine how they got such a high rating on this site."

"Very easy to find what I was looking for. Website has great filters to locate something specific and also great galley views if you're just browsing. Color on delivered product was a tiny bit off but still within acceptable range. Great selection and awesome prices. I'll be back. "
