This was on the 21st, yet I still don't have a tracking #, and my online account still shows that the order is in progress.
I am feeling very, very uncomfortable with this order and would really hate to cancel it and report this to the credit card company.

UPDATE:
I did receive the chair, finally and it is in good shape and working order.
Travis K. , a mediation specialist, really worked hard to resolve the issues with this order. I have upgraded my review for Cymax based on their decision to have customer issues resolved at a high level of priority, and his hard work. I don't know of any other company that works as hard at this as Cymax in my experience.
They still need to get their communication at the lower level of customer service improved, but I would definitely order from them again.
I haven't given them a full 5 stars across the board based on the lower level lack of coordinated communication with the manufacturer and the consumer, but Travis' efforts definitely brought it close."
