I ordered a recliner in late November, it never showed up in my online profile so I am unable to do anything to change my status (like cancel it!), when I call I am put on at least a 15 minute waiting list and typically never can access an actual human to figure this out. I placed this order Nov 30 and, as of Jan 20, we have not received it, it's been almost 9 weeks!! Also, I have had to call a number of times to try to figure out what's happening and am given a serious run around, no one can give me an actual delivery date. I suggest you run far away from this company, very unprofessional with a couple of rude people answering the phone. How busy are they that they cannot answer the phone until at least 15 minutes have passed? There's no excuse for this treatment.
Update: Jan 30, 2015: The chair finally arrived. Travis at Cymax had to get involved to make it happen and I was charged an extra $50 (matched by Cymax) for delivery inside the door. Overall, I'm still dissatisfied with this company, but I'm grateful that my complaint on ResellerRatings got me some special attention. It still took 10 weeks. To be fair, I'm not sure it's all Cymax that's at fault. The delivery company they used had the chair for quite a while before agreeing to deliver it (for the extra charge). Read the delivery fine print, I thought the free shipping included getting the chair inside the house (bronze delivery), but it doesn't. Overall, except for the intervention of Travis, a bad experience. "
