"The drivers are very rude and unprofessional.
Twice the driver refused to bring the parcel to my apartment door, and left it in the lobby. I have asthma and cannot carry weight, all the delivery services deliver to the apartment door, but DHL refused.
Now I have been waiting for my parcel, waited yesterday, got message parcel out for delivery. Checked the delivery truck on the map via link sent by DHL, driver never came near my building, but new message said recipient not at home. Called DHL The agent promised delivery today, same thing happened today he came close to my building but never came here and I got another message no one home. I am fed up with DHL.
Called customer service and was assured that she was sending a message to the driver he will deliver today as he was still in my neighbourhood.
No one showed up.

"So today is tuesday and my package has been at dhl since thursday and i literally live 1 hr away.....it was supposed to been delivered yesterday. They cant or wont tell me anything about why it has not even been put on the delivery truck...i put in a complaint but they say maybe it would be put out for delivery tomorrow..im **** i dont know what to do and they didnt even call me back like they said nor did they send me a confirmation email about when i would receive my merchandise this is so unprofessional...how you trust your stuff to get to you when they have lied 3 times. "Driver lied and said they tried to deliver, was home the whole day and have a ring camera. I called the next morning to make a complaint and they said my package would be delivered today. Package was never delivered at the time frame they gave me. I called again the same day and they said a manager would call me. No manager called, six minutes before they close they text to say driver couldn't get in gate. My complex doesn't even have a gate. They won't allow me to pick up and they won't deliver my item. I'm highly frustrated and needed my item today "
"My package was shipped on 30 th de ember and I still didn’t get it. I had also been calling the customer support to get more info on the shipment. They only read what’s in the site for you.
They have no ETA defined they cannot expedite a shipment in case of any emergency. Inspite of the delayed package I was ready to pay for expedition on the package and they don’t have any option.
Two representatives told me they left a comment or message to different department bug I have not received any calls from them.
It is like the good old days when you don’t have technology you wait until the package reaches the destination. Very very disappointed with the service and experience "
"It is bad there is no 5 negative stars. They screwed up labelling on the documents that were shipped overseas for the RE closing. As a result it was rejected by local customs office. It came back and then they shipped it again without changing the wrong label. so it was rejected again. This letter travelled the world twice over 2 weeks instead of 3 days. It is still somewhere unknown. Negligence, the incompetence at this office is staggering. Don't do business with them!!!"

"Ordered essential parts online. They ship via DHL. Cost of shipping was premium. But I needed parts. Supposed to be delivered Friday. No one came to the door, no one used the intercom, no one called. End of day I find a notice in lobby from DHL. "Sorry We Missed You". I called them to complain. Guy who fielded call very apologetic. Said it would be delivered Monday. So I waited.. Exact same thing as Friday... no knock at door, no one on intercom, no phone call. Just another note in lobby saying Sorry, and oh... Final Delivery Attempt. How can they call it an attempt? It certainly wasn't a delivery. If their drivers are pressed for time, or they fear coming to the door due to the pandemic, all they had to do was call. I would have met them in the parking lot.. at arms length. Now I have to drive into the city and finish the job... be my own delivery driver. And I paid for this ****???"
"I had made an online purchase and DHL was the company delivering the package, I was told Wednesday Nov 14th between 8am and 8 pm was the window.i run a small business and was at the front desk all day on the 14th, the driver sent a text claiming that he made a delivery attempt at 5:15 which was not true.
I'm in a small plaza that overlooks the whole parking lot and know for a fact that he was never here so I had to reschedule for the next day some time between 8am and 8pm and I called customer service to ask what was going on with the driver and they seemed friendly enough, but the next day it was almost 8 and they haven't made the drop yet so we called the driver who seemed very frustrated with the call and told me he wasn't going to be able to make it so we closed up as usual.
I called customer service again and asked what the hold up was and was told the driver made another delivery attempt that night after I closed, he most certainly did not! so I told them to turn the package around and send it back that I would look for a supplier that went through UPS or FedEx to which they asked if I was refusing the delivery. How can I refuse a package that they haven't delivered?
So they blamed ME for the error because I didn't tell them that I was a business, that they thought it was a residential delivery. if the driver had showed up the past 2 days as he claimed at a commercial plaza with insurance companies etc. in it he would have known it was commercial and not residential and should have corrected it there but did not.
If you can avoid doing business with DHL then don't, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! this is not an American owned business and their hired help seems very poorly trained."
"DHL ****!!!! the worst courier service ever. They lied about not delivering my package at the workplace when in fact we stayed up late at work just to wait for that package and yet they declared that "Consignee Premises Closed". The Gate was open, our office was open and we didn't even see their truck pass by or pulled over our vicinity for them to conclude that it was close. Their customer service are very inefficient in handling this complaints too and couldn't even resolve the problem. All they can do is apologize without even taking action to resolve the case. I'm never gonna trust this again. It's a waste of time and resources."
"HDL should be shut down. They do not respect your package delivery time or information as super critical to your business. DHL and the employee's I had contact with act like government employees. I have ordered many times items from Aliexpress, and for some reason, when not via ordinary post, they arrive through DHL. "I wanted to send one document to India from Norway. Since I was using this type of facility first time hence I called customer service and inquired how they will pick-up the parcel from office. They said they will give a call once they arrive there.
Since I was a newbie and first time using this type of facility so I was not aware when default setting of mentioning pick-up location as 'Reception' got selected. The transport guy came and when he didnt find parcel at Reception he went away without even calling me. When I called back after 1 hour to check why no one is reached yet then they said the transport guy was here but since he didnt find any parcel at reception so he went away.
I selected DHL because I wanted to deliver it on time to India but because of this useless policy of DHL, I am sufferring now and parcel will be delivered 1 day late. Though I tried my best by calling them twice before doing the shipment but they aasured me that they will give a call once the person reaches there. But all useless.
I will think twice wwhile selecting DHL as service åprovider in future.
