"Made an order four months ago and still have not received my item, have been constantly contacting DHGate customer service but their incompetence and slow automated replies has not helped me reach any further result to where my order is or getting a refund. I am constantly being told to wait 24-48 hours to hear back from the seller who clearly is not responding to my messages or DHGate. In short terms, I have been completely scammed for my money (£65) which I don't think I will ever be getting back. Please AVOID at all costs if you do not want to face disappointment, frustration and turmoil."

"I had a 40$ discount coupon which I used to buy a 100+$ product...
After 20 days of waiting, I received an e-mail which informed me that my order has been cancelled because the product was out of stock... 20 days after my purchase :O !
I should have been refunded and a new 40$ discount coupon should have been assigned to me again.
I don't have the refund yet and I lost the coupon because it was valid for only 10 days...
My order is cancelled after 20 days and the coupon is valid only for 10... it is a joke..."
