"Long Story short...
I paid $369.99 for a new camera, DIYMICRO shipped me a refurbished one. I contacted them, they refuse to exchange basically stating that it was my fault for not knowing that they shipped me a refurbished camera... gave me a take or leave it offer to refund $21.99 (the difference of the 2 cameras) and give me a 3 year warranty that they might not even honored (that will be another story) So basically forced me to buy a refurbished camera for $348, which if I really wanted to, I could have easily gotten for $319.99 on Canon's own website!
So thank you DIYMICRO for being so dishonest and ripping me off!
Oh and by the way, I found this website to review DIYMICRO because they send me this email :) So please trust the other reviews at your own discretion.

I apologize for the lengthy review, I just couldn't help it after I read their reply.
I just don't see why they are trying to place the blame on the unknowing consumer (sorry the camera didn't say "refurbished", so I didn't know). The way they reply just sound to me like "it was your own fault for being cheated" as obviously another reviewer caught them in the act while I didn't (fast enough anyway).
See review from pwillies on how he also got a refurbished item, and DIYMIRCRO's reply "DIYMicro - they said they only sold new items, not refurbs. However the item was clearly a refurb: It was not in retail packaging, the camera body had some scratches, there were finger marks on the lens, the lens-cap was already installed, among other things. "

He gave them 4 stars, because he caught them in the act and they had to refund him. Too bad I was too late. They start counting when you have purchased the item (which is why they said that I told them after over 2 months, and they took a little over 2 weeks to ship to me... but truth be told I really didn't really stand a chance even if I know how to tell a refurbished camera apart. As I didn't get to examine my camera until over 48hrs later which is their limit on notifying them after you receive the item. Their 14day refund only stand for unopen product... (so how was I suppose to check?)"
