"The only problem I have with your company is there is no phone systems with customer service :( I was told that you have to many orders and that's why your company is a email only! I am not sure if it has changed but the lady told it was because of volume and the amount of orders that come in which I find that very hard to believe. Shortly after ordering, I was contacted by DJDeals, stating that the manufacturer stated that the product was backordered and I was then given some options by DJDeals. The level of customer service was great, I was kept in the loop and then they shipped them far earlier than I thought they would, making it all better in a matter of days. "I recently purchased a DJ mixer from DJDeals, and product arrived with no trouble! There are so many bad reviews about DJDeals on this site, I just wanted to let people know I had no trouble. There are a few things to note: (1) Do not order from djdeals if you like to have shipping status or customer service in less than 24 hours. (2) Do not expedite your order, save your $10. This does not appear to decrease the ship time. (3) The website lists that items are "in stock" and ship same day. This was not my experience. (4) Do not pay to request signature. My package arrived without requiring a signature. If the above 4 items do not bother you, and the price is right, sit back and relax, you get what you pay for."

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DJDEALS.COM.....PERIOD!!!!!!...I ordered from this company because they are a New England based company in Vermont and figured I would receive the merchandise quicker than a company outside of the New England area. Was I wrong!!!! First, my credit card purchase took 4 days to process and then when I tried to contact customer service to inquire about my order, I was sent an email stating that "The question you have asked is already answered on the help page of our website". You cannot talk to a person on the phone nor can you get them to respond to your personal concerns. And now that my money has cleared and the item is shipped, I find out that the shipment is coming from a warehouse in California. The total time from placing the order to receiving the merchandise is in excess of 12 days. This is the one and only order that DJDeals will ever receive from me. Poor transaction, poor customer service and poor communications. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!!!!

"Oh my Gosh!! I ordered 3 lights from them...paid for the rush processing got one light and it is the end of the month..have not received other lights or refund!! The only way to contact is by email..they respond quick but do not do what they say... one email said I would have a tracking number for the lights that day...well next week had to email again...they said we will have you a tracking number today or refund... one week later...nothing!!ok its been a month now and I still DO NOT have my money refunded or the lights. They dont have a phone so everything is done by email and she may answer that day or it may take 2 days...NEVER AGAIN!!! "
