"Very disappointing service. I paid to have overnight delivery. Selected the option they advertise on the home page. The day it should have arrived they sent me a tracking number stating it will arrive many days later. False and misleading. I would have just used a service that could deliver on their promises. Have a dj gig tomorrow and no item. Thanks for letting down a dj in need. Will not use you again."

"Easy transaction. Free shipping. .... Until you need to return something. First, it has taken over a week to get an RA number. Then they want to charge me for the "free shipping" that they paid (supposedly) to send it to me. Add to that the cost I must pay to ship it back to them (which I must set up on my own because they do not send out shipping return labels). Luckily I have a FedEx account which gives me discounted rates. The products (Sefour Speaker Brackets and Equipment bracket) were made of thin, cheap, flimsy metal and come with horrible (partial) directions. I did not feel that my 8" KRK speakers were stable or safe on top of these speaker brackets. (Bad Manufacturer)

The worst part about DJ Deals is that they don't have a telephone customer service line; they only corresspond via email. Bascially, I'm guessing that this company is a pass through working out of somebody's basement where all they do is have a reseller's license and just drp-ship from manufacturers. Maybe I should get into such an easy, lazy business! Bottom line, unless you certain that the product is what you want and have zero intention of returning it and you don't care about customer service, then don't order from here.

P.S. They also can easily charge you 20% restocking fee at their discretion. Read their Return Policy and email excerpt below:

"I ordered two Serato control records from DJDeals.com on June 13th 2012. My card got charged that day and I received a shipping notice stating that "Electronic Shipping Info has been received'. No package ever shipped and after 2 weeks I emailed the customer support to check on the order. Their customer service manager emailed me back to say she would check into it. I never really received updates without having to email her back, which, by the way, their only method of support is email, not phone support. I think this adds to their lack in credibility.

As it stands it's July 5th and my last correspondence from the Customer Service Manager was on June 29th. I got tired of waiting around to hear from them so I've since disputed the charges on my card and been refunded the transaction. There's no excuse for their lack of service. After actually checking on the reviews, I see now why they don't have time to ship the items that customers pay for. Their customer service is spending all of their time responding childishly to negative reviews online. I have to question if the positive reviews are genuine.

Please do yourself a favor and save your time and money and energy and patience and shop elsewhere for your needs. I'm so disappointed with their service that I'm taking time out of my day to find a review site and write this review. That should speak volumes about the DJDeals.com experience.

"It was very convenient overall to order from their website. I looked up the pioneer DDJ T1 case online for like half an hour and found the cheapest deal here..Since this thing is expensive i was trying to save every dollar i could."

"I am not happy with the your service. You state it takes 3 to 5 business days to just get a shipment notification, then another five days waiting for it to get here. I ordered a mixer from another place the same day, nearly the same time. I recieved the merchandise three days later, I'll be lucky to see a notice of shipment from these people in a week. Oh and they are rather abrupt when you inquire. I will not be buying anything else in the future."

"So far very displeased. I placed my order and paid with paypal (48 hours ago - 6-6-12 at 12:41pm) and still nothing that says my order is being processed or shipped. One email with my invoice number and that's all. I use many other online stores and they all send processing info fast and ship very fast. What's up here? If I don't get this info soon I will try and cancel this order and buy my item elsewhere. This is not a good way to do business. Also djdeals has no phone number and will not let you call and get updates.

Very poor customer service!

"I received a reply from DJDeals see below - which I found to be very condescending. OFCOURSE we have emailed them days ago and have not gotten a reply - That is why we tried the live chat ALSO no reply and why I posted this review. SO their reply is not true and not at all helpful. A order status would be helpful not a snotty reply.

“Simply email them, nothing difficult about that. They have the best email service in the country, and respond to over 500 emails per day.”


So far I have nothing good to say about DJ Deals because they have not shipped my order but took my money YET I have not information on where or when I might get my order. I ordered May 20th they took my money May 23rd and no word. I emiled them May 30 because there is not Phone to call. I sent a message again via live chat on thier site BUT live chat is offline and it says they MAY get back to me. Anyone know how to acturally talk to this company?

"I found DJ Deals to have very competitive prices and they also provided free shipping. Very hard to beat. I had a question about one of my items and I got a quick response from the vendor. Items are sometimes shipped separately, so if you need something fast, you should pay for the expedited shipping. Free shipping took about 5 days on average. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will continue to shop here. "
