"I had a very positive experience with DLJ System. They had the items they said they had in stock. They were up front with regards to what they were awaiting to re-enter stock, and once the item was in stock, the order was promptly completed.

They were flexible, and with the proper information provided, they were able to ship my order to my office. They provided me an invoice promptly, and even included the tracking number of my order, so I could locate my order, every step of the way. Every item was shrinkwrapped, and came in no different condition than if I'd bought it off the shelf at a retailer.

"Ordered a Sapphire Radeon 9700 Pro, model 1024-2C00-00-SA and received a 1024-2C00-00-AT model instead (only real difference is a silver fan instead of the black one.)

The fan wasn't a big deal as that was the only reason I ordered from this company. They shipped my card extremely fast, however I was very disappointed in the packaging.

I received the video card in an opened "retail box", the anti-static bag had creases throughout as if the card has been handled by several people. When I received the FedEx box containing my card, I could feel the components sliding around inside. The retail box itself has no packaging padding, the person who had packaged my card had just put the box inside a bigger box and sent it off.

The video card mounting bracket (where the monitor output is) was bent on both sides as well. The bends had to have been pre-distribution as dropping the card would have done more damage than bending the tabs on both sides.

The card does work perfectly and that I am grateful for. As for everything else, what can I say?"

Even though his work address is an authorized shipping address on my CC, they called to make sure there was no fraud involved, which does not bother me in the least. They shipped the item the same day (a Friday), and he receive it the Tuesday after Veteran's Day. Called them up the first time, very prompt answers, didn't try and make up stuff if they didn't know the answer. "Their website is a clone of componentsdirect.com but with much better service. They don't have messages tell you that they care about you, but they answer the phone. They do sell the fake 1066 Rdram, but overal they have good prices. My order went well but I didn't like the fake ram so I sent it back for a refund. I might buy from them again, but my choice online vendor has to be newegg.com. All my orders from newegg are correct, fast, and their tech support is very helpful."

"Just recently ordered some Kingston PC1066 DRAM from these guys. The product went out of stock the day of my order, so I was put on backorder. A week later, the day their stock arrived so I called up to get the status on my order.
