"I ordered wheels and the center cap in June 2023. I called to talk to someone to place the order to be sure that the price and availability was the same that on the website.. everything is perfect so I placed the order. They told me the wheels will arrive within 3 weeks. 4 weeks later I call for an update, no one answers so I leave a message.
no one returns my call so I keep calling..someone finally answers. I am told that the wheels were not in the container finally they will be in the next one...
after a lot of call and messages, finally they told me they no longer know what is happening so they place a new order and offer to ship it directly to my home without charge for that it would be faster...november 6, I ended up receiving 2 boxes with 2 wheels in each.No center cap. the boxes are demage... 2 mags are loaded.

"I purchased parts for my truck over the phone with DSG Performance. The price was a little less than on Amazon and I liked that it was a Canadian company.
They confirmed the parts were in stock and then said they would be included in their order to the US that week. It was a Christmas gift and they assured me they would arrive in time. That was a month ago and while they confirmed they had them in Canada, I haven't even received a shipping notice.
I have called (you can't get through), chatted on the website (it won't connect you), and left emails. They responded that I was made aware they trans-ship them from the US to Canada and then domestic to avoid duties.

"i don't know where to start... it took me over ONE year to get WORK rims from them and then i get the wrong center caps... I then sent back 4 WORK CENTER CAPS back in May 23 2023 and still as of today Aug 2 2023 i have no luck in getting my refund back sent about 35 emails and all l hear is its being processed and last email i received June 18 2023 said it will take 10 to 15 days. i have sent another 3 emails since to them and no response..
Not acceptable Customer service.. i have spent over SIX thousand dollars with them and would expect better service.. i guess i lost my money but at least i have the satisfaction of making other buyers aware. "
"I had an over 4 month experience with DSG Performance. I decided to give them a chance since they were a smaller company, gave me reasonable lead times (two weeks) and had competitive pricing. I didn't hold them to this wait time though expected basic levels of communication. Nothing was too good to be true, wait times were in line with others, pricing was within a reasonable percentage of where I'd expect it and they told me. Since they had a few different brands I wanted all in one place, I decided to spend my money with them. This was a near $5k order.
They were communicative, and answered my questions at odd hours, up until payment was made. After payment was made they stopped being able to give me straight answers for basic things. I did not even get a formal invoice for a long time, and had to ask multiple times. Half of my order turned out to be unavailable, though dsgperformance had no problem keeping my money and giving me no updates. Every time I got an update on the order or what was happening, I had to ask them multiple times. The story changed each time and there was no consistency. No updates came unprovoked. I'm reasonable, however if something is no longer available I expect to be notified in a matter of a week or two.
The promised refund for half of my order (value $1-2K) never was processed despite me asking multiple times over the span of a full month. I only received it after filing a complaint with PayPal and my credit card company. I could not even get a confirmation number from DSG Performance within the span of a month to verify that any action was taken on the refund, and was forced to make a formal complaint. Once the other half of the order showed up, nearly three months later, it came damaged. Both items required repair to even be usable. After all the wait time, they either procured used/clearance parts or fumbled the shipping- total spit in the face. Again, DSG Performance was unresponsive and ran out the clock, pushing me off, acting "stupid", partially responding to emails, ignoring important queries on refund status or lead times- all while they held onto my money. For a total of 4 months. They said they would provide shipping labels, or a partial refund, neither happened. They ignored questions in my emails, which I can only assume was to buy time.
At the end of the day they held up my money, lied about their lead times to get my business and followed through on nothing. I was left with junk and had to file a formal complaint with my credit card company. After that occurred, they came out of the woodwork, acting aggressively as if they had not completely screwed me over and wasted my time and held onto my money for months, ignoring the 20-40 emails I had sent trying to get a straight answer on anything.
If you are making an order from this website, do not wait too long, and not a day past 90 days. These guys have no regard for their customers the second they get their hands on your money. They have a great selection, but verify any promises they make. I wish I had bought anywhere else but them."

"This past year, I did my full build with DSG. I started with a stock car, got all my parts and did my install with them. They gave me a fully delivered car with everything done, broken in and tuned on the dyno. I couldn't be happier, I have my dream car and I can't stop looking at it in my driveway HAHA. "Purchased a set of Volk wheels from DSG in March. Received the invoice and a message stating that the wheels were going to take 3 months because it was a special order from Japan. Went back to their site and they did not mention that on the page. Waited 3 months, and received a message stating that the wheels were going to be shipped in 2 weeks. Waited another 2 weeks and did not receive a tracking # or an update on the wheels. Called support and finally spoke to Sean. He stated that the wheels will take another 2 more months to arrive. Waited until the August and called Sean back, he said the rims are on the boat and will be arriving in 2 weeks. Waited another 2 weeks (September 5), and called Sean again, he said the wheels didn't arrive and is on the second boat. Waited another 2 weeks, called and left multiple VMs with no call back. Finally, threatened DSG to issue a full refund as their response to customer is horrible. Sean finally called back after I left 3 VMs, and stated that the wheels have arrived and will be shipped out in the next 3-5 days. Wheels finally delivered on 9/18 which took 6 months for it to arrive. I complained about their lack of customer support in call backs. Asked for a discount and Sean issued me a refund for the Rays lug nuts ($170), and sent a free set.
Overall, I told Sean that they need to inform their customers that these wheels are special order on their site. If the customers knew that ahead of time, then they would understand the processing time. Instead, DSG tells you after you paid for the products. My experience with DSG has been below average on their communicating of returning phone calls. It may take them up to 2-3 days to return a call. I would recommend going somewhere else and spending your hard earned cash. However, if you don't mind the long wait to get an item and lack of communication, then feel free to give them your money. "
"I ordered a Varis hood literally a year ago and it still has not arrived. They rarely respond to my emails and are of no help when they do. They usually just give me an excuse as to why they have not responded and they just keep offering me to spend more money with them, as if that is supposed to rectify anything. I spent nearly $2k on this part. I tried asking for a refund and they assured me the part would be shipping in February at the latest. And here I am still with nothing to show.
I finally received my hood after a long wait. I'm finally at ease about the situation. It arrived undamaged and DSG actually ended up waving the shipping fee for me. "

"I ordered a dual A pillar pod for my Evo X. At the time they were on back order and I had no problem waiting. But as time progressed with out hearing any word, I finally emailed them. What was their response? "Thanks for reaching out, and we completely understand and thank you very much for your patience. We are actually expecting these to be done at any day now, so keep an eye out and you should see tracking soon :)". Over a year later from the original order date and that is the only contact I've heard from them. I have not received the product I paid over $300 for.

"Purchased a pair of Shims and was charged $80 dollars~ expected express shipping but nope the service was horrible and the package was rubbish. the sticker on the actual stamp stated it cost the company $9 bucks and it took 3 weeks almost to arrive. i emailed customer service multiple times but they never respond except of this once where the guy try offer me to buy more stuff i dont need.
definitely avoid this company if you are an international buyer! my shims weighted 200grams and it cost me 80 bucks!
