"Did they deliver? Kind of.... Let me explain why.
Terrible waiting time for items to get shipped out. Took over a month to get my grimspeed 3 port BCS and gauges to get shipped out from their place. Then to add insult to injury, when i finally got the shipment, it turns out that they forgot to include my wideband gauge in the shipment. Thats what i meant when i said that they kind of delivered.....
But I'm a person who likes to give credit (if there is any) where its due, their rep Sean was a very friendly, helpful and nice despite of his busy schedule. Pricing was fair and I, like every one else, likes the fact that DSG takes care of the customs and other hidden fees so I won't have to worry about it. But thats all the good I can think of. Hence, my 1 star rating.
Edit: I suppose its just fair for me to re evaluate my review after seeing their actions regarding my problem. After they were made aware of what happened to my shipment, they were very prompt to response and give me the assurance of fixing the problem. Perhaps i got a little too carried away on my first review, but I appreciate the concern that they've showed. It only shows that they really do care about their customer's opinions.
Also, apparently, one of my items were on backorder which is the reason for the long wait. Perhaps if I were made aware of this, it would have eased my mind during the wait. So aside from that and the missed shipment, i believe these guys especially Sean deserves a thanks for the great service I got during our interactions."
