"The worst service I have ever received from an online seller.
The item was not delivered on time, and it is now about 10 days late. I doubt I will received it at al and probably will never get a refund since every person I am trying to contact there has just ignore all of my emails.
According to other reviews I am reading, this is an ongoing problem with this seller. Probably just a big scam.
Very sad that such a company still operates with respectable companies such as Amazon and eBay."
"I have sent emails and spoken to Amazon.com and still have not gotten any results! I am a first time buyer with Amazon.com and according to them dvdlegacy was supposed to have been removed from their site as a seller many weeks ago but they just havent figured out how to do that. So in the meantime, there are all of us customers that have been ripped off by dvdlegacy and noone to fix the problem! I will NEVER order from dvdlegacy OR Amazon.com again! "
"I ordered a CD through Amazon.com. Received a cracked case and broken CD. Returned the item and it has been 100+ days and I have yet to be credited for this return. DVD Legacy has been giving me the run-around for the last 60+ days and now doesn't even bother to respond to my emails. I am now filing claim with BBB and hope you will think twice before purchasing anything from these RIP off artists. Check out the many people they wripped off on the various reviews on the web. - I wish I had BEFORE I placed the order through Amazon.com - who in my opinion should also have investigated the sellers they affiliate themselves with - which also explains why I am now an ex-consumer of Amazon.com as well!

"I ordered a DVD on 2/24 and today is 3/20--more than three weeks later. The latest it was supposed to be delivered was 3/11. Do not be fooled by this company because the price is cheaper. If I had known this, I would have paid a little more and got my product sooner, as I needed it for an event.

"Tried to purchase a DVD from this company (The Great Challenge). Almost a month with no communication from the seller. Checked feedback rating from Ebay on this seller and apparently I wasn't the only one with non-communication and no items received. All in all, a bad experience. No item received. No money back (yet) and no communication."
"This company is horrible, they accepted my payment and never shipped the product. After waiting for 2 weeks I asked them where my text book was and they didnt send me any response except they refunded me my money. I didnt want my money back I wanted the friggin book. they should have overnighted it to me or something for screwing up but instead they just burned my invoice and sent me back my money. They ended up costing me over 100 dollars because school has started and I have to have the book. I hope they go out of business, and Im sure they will with this kind of customer service or lack there of."
"I ordered a DVD on Dec. 4, 2006--it was a Christmas present. It finally arrived on Jan. 7. I e-mailed the company 3 times and each time they asked me to wait a little longer and that the DVD was in the mail. This is the worst comapny I've ever dealt with and they were an Amazon merchant. I'll never buy from them again. Save yourself some trouble and buy elsewhere."

I have sent several queries as to the status of this order to both Amazon and dvdlegacy and still I do not know if I have an order on route or if I am out of pocket $151 Canadian. "I did receive my VHS tape! However, I ordered Nov 10, it arrived Dec 5. I placed the order through Amazon, received confirmation from DvdLegacy on Nov 10 saying "will ship within two business days". I was frustrated by the long delay. Also the tracking number in the DvdLegacy email did not work on the website referred to in the email. Overall very unsatisfactory.
Some additional info from the package I received. My tape was shipped on Nov 19 using "SmartMail". This is a company recently acquired by DHL that collects items and gives them to the US Postal Service for delivery. The return address for DvdLegacy was 2625 South Park Lane, Pembroke Park, Hallandale, FL 33009. "
