"Although I was charged for this product, it never arrived at my home even after repeated communications with DVD Legacy. Eventually, customer service emailed me saying someone would contact me regarding a refund. This was two months ago, and I have heard nothing. I have emailed to ask the status of the refund, and I have received no reply."
"I ordered 2 stargate SG-1 DVD's on July 17. It is now currently September 09 and the Seller cut off contact more than a week ago. My last e-mail from them was on August 31 Which stated.

However I have still not recieved any e-mail from any of them even after two e-mail attempts. Anyway
All I have to say is that I won't be doing business with them ever again. I suggest to everyone else to just spend the extra few dollars or so and buy it elsewhere from a more reliable vendor. Sure some people who order from DVDlegacy.com get thier stuff, but it seems like 50% or more people have problems with them. And if something arrises don't count on them being very helpful. Even the risk of this all occuring again for paying half for a DVD is not worth it in my opinion. I've been stuck in limbo not being able to order the show I want that I am expecting them to send out."

"Prices were excellent, I bought the Ken Burns Box Set on the civil war, which retails for $129. They had it for $83, plus shipping, came to around $91. Got it in time for christmas, brand new, factory sealed. Their site wasnt fancy, but it worked fine. Large selection."
