Orginally I placed an order on 11/28 with expected shipment date on 12/10. I contacted their customer service via the chat online to confirm it would ship, I chatted with Aaron who stated they had an issue at the dock and it would be 12/19 "possible" shipment. They continually push shipments date back and when you chat with someone in their online customer service, all they do is repeat that there are no guarantees as to when your item will ship. I will never order from them again and if my shipment date is pushed back again I will cancel the order"
