"DVestore caught my attention with their extensive product range and competitive pricing. They maintained it with their timely customer service and easy to navigate website. However, they failed to meet my expectations when they were unable to ship my order (for reasons only vaguely explained). It collected dust on their shelves for eleven days "awaiting fulfilment" before I finally decided to pull the pin and ask them to cancel the transaction. It is arguable that I have simply been impatient, however I was under the reasonable assumption that the merchant would ship the product in 3-5 business days, like most online retailers do. Heeding their advice, I even contacted my bank to authorise the payment, however the bank denied any responsibility for the delay in the first place, making me slightly unnerved and very annoyed at DVEstore’s habit of pushing the blame onto other people. The company might be suited for locals, but Australian and other International buyers should consider looking elsewhere for their video needs. Bottom line – very dissatisfied! "
