"These guy's are a nightmare I spent over $2500.00 with these guy's about a year and a half ago for a Canon 7D and some lenses. I ended a knock off European Canon 7D UK version which completely voids the USA warranty by the way and lenses I didn't even order. To make a long story short after about 2 day's of completely frustrating phone calls I sent the stuff back the manager I forget his name was a real con-artist he try to tell me that I would not get a full credit refund on my credit card he tried to scare me by telling me that my credit card company wouldn't do anything for me and that there was nothing I could do to get my money back, don't you believe it. I had to file a report to my credit card company and got my money about a month later. I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH "STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUY'S there company is completely illegitimate this company has soooooooo many complaints on the internet about them."
"This is definitely the worst company that I have dealt with in my life! I purchased an item through buy.com as these people were one of their "marketplace sellers". After taking longer than expected to receive the order, as the tracking number they gave me was invalid. I finally receive the item and its not even what I ordered. I ordered a Sylvania 7" Android Tablet for $139. I received a cheap Chinese MID tablet. I called in to DDD and they never returned my call. He actually told me he was too busy at the moment in the warehouse. And he suggested that I call back. So I called back later and never got anybody again. I called and called and called and never got an answer. Finally I got a call from some guy named ALON. Said I could send it back or I could keep it and he would give me $35 back. I told him I would try it and let him know. Well as it turned out it was a huge piece of crap. So I Called and Called And Called again and could never get a hold of anyone. I had to call Buy.com to get him to contact me. They sent me a Prepaid Label to return it finally. A couple weeks later I got it back returned saying "CLOSED" on the label. Finally once more I contacted him and he said that If I mailed it back he would refund me plus shipping. Well I received a refund back to the closed account I told them not to put it back to 3 times. And I never received my money back for shipping either. This was over a period of 5 months!

"Beware of this company!
I ordered a product from them through buy.com.
They promptly acknowledged my order and in a few days sent me an email with a tracking number.
After a week went by and the item never came I checked the tracking number only to find out that it was a false tracking number.
I tried multiple times to contact the company with no response.
I finally contacted buy.com who also had a hard time contacting them and buy.com finally refunded me my money.
Afterwards I got an apology letter from Daily Deal about the order.
I've since read other reviews of people whose orders never came in or were changed with little or no contact from the seller. It appears that the company is legitimate but perhaps run by teenagers or at least irresponsible and certainly they have no integrity.
Use caution in dealing with them."

" Funny how Daily Deal Digital has the same employees as Grand Central Photo. Call both sites and try extension 114, you will get the same guy Alex. Also it's amazing how both "company's" have the same reputation, which is they are total rip offs. First of all they will try to up sale you on items purchased, saying that they are "superior quality" but you can find the same accessory kit on ebay for $40 or under and charge you $300 more. I never got one of my lenses, they didn't give it to me because they said my 5d would vignette. It doesn't matter I still purchased it!!! Or give me a discount on my package, or don't offer it at all if that is the case. They up sold me on a warranty that was totally unnecessary. The lens I did get was the wrong one. It took two months to finally get the lens I ordered. Which was nothing short of a miracle. If you read the fine, and I mean Fine print you can see that all of there equipment is gray market, if you don't know what that means look it up. Essentially the manufacture will not honor any sort of warranty if they are gray market. It took about four months, 20 emails, 5 hours of phone time, to get the items that I purchased, and I'm still missing several things. The sad thing is, that my case seems reasonable compared to others that I have read. Unfortunately I didn't read them until after I purchased my equipment."

"Despite the reviews, I had a friend who actually had a good experience with DDD so i decided to give them a go. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered a Nikon d7000 with 2 lenses and overnight delivery. DDD of cours called me to confirm and try to up sell. I declined respectfully and they processed my order. The next day, I call for a tracking number. After SEVERAL minutes of hold time, i was told it was oversold (exactly what reviewers are saying) and he can offer me the next package up. Mehhhhh......"
"I ordered a nikon d-5000 october 11, 2010. was talked into puchasing a package in which I was OVERCHARGED for a battery.
Not receive camera until december, but with no paperwork or any of the items of the pckage. after a series of irritating phone calls finally recieved everything else except the 3-year extened warranty papers.
all of decemver was told papers would be sent via email. then was told they would be mailed reagular mail. then was told that they could not send me the papers until the end of january because the accounts were were closed.
readig these other horror storeis i am grateful tht i did atl least get the camera and only lost money on the extened warranty.
